Quality Policy:

We define the Quality Policy as the ability of Healthy Life Laboratories, Inc. (HLL) to consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our customers and regulatory agencies in a manner consistent with the current standards for good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices. HLL is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of the quality management system through the establishment and monitoring of relevant quality goals and metrics throughout the organization, and through periodic reviews of the quality management system by the HLL Management Team.

Every HLL employee is responsible for incorporating into their planning and work, the actions necessary to meet these commitments, and for performing quality work by adhering to approved policies and operating procedures.
